Agreement

Agreement between Rosen Law LLC and the company applicant whom Rosen Law LLC will be filing a Beneficial Ownership Information Report for. By submitting your application to Rosen Law LLC to file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report, the applicant company, and its agents, employees, officers, directors members and shareholders all agree that you hire and authorize Rosen Law LLC, its members and/or employees to act as your and/or the applicant company's agent to file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report under the Corporate Transparacy Act (CTA) for U.S. Businesses. By Rosen Law LLC acting as your agent, you and the applicant company and their agents, employees, officers, directors members and shareholders agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rosen Law LLC, its members and its employees for any actions or proceedings brought against Rosen Law LLC, its members and its employees as a result of the filing of the Beneficial Ownership Information Report. The maximum liability of Rosen Law LLC, its members and its employees for any and all reasons whatsoever, shall not exceed the actual funds paid by you to Rosen Law LLC for the filing of the Beneficial Ownership Information Report. You understand and agree that you have read the Small Entity Compliance Guide and the exemptions available on this website, and understand the requirements of filing a Beneficial Ownership Information Report. Rosen Law LLC, its members and its employees do not guaranty that the Beneficial Ownership Information Report will be accurate as the information that Rosen Law LLC relies upon for filing the Beneficial Ownership Information Report is the information that you provide to Rosen Law LLC. Rosen Law LLC will not be responsible for or liable for any penalties, fines or interest of any kind in the event that any penalties, fines or interest charges are issued to the applicant company or any individual associated with the applicant company. We agree to pay Rosen Law LLC the sum of $299.00 for the filing of the Beneficial Ownership Information Report for each entity that Rosen Law LLC is hired to file for. By paying the fee to Rosen Law LLC, you are agreeing to this statement. You also agree that you have reviewed the BOI Frequently Asked Questions and the Small Entity Compliance Guide on this website before submitting your application and you are not receiving nor relying on Rosen Law LLC or any of their employees, members, agents or staff for legal advice.
